For More:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. By law, health care providers must give patients who are without or not using insurance, an estimate of expected charges for all services, including psychotherapy.

You will receive this Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including therapy. You can ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service.

If you receive a bill, at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Are your sessions In-Person or via Telehealth?

Cancellations may be requested via email or text within at least 24 hours in advance of appointment time.

Without notice of cancellation within this 24 hour window you will be charged your full session fee without a refund.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Currently, I am an out of network provider for all insurances and do not submit claims. You will be responsible for full payment at the time of appointment.

Some insurance plans do provide reimbursement benefits for therapy services. Please be aware this reimbursement requires a formal mental health diagnosis that will become part of your permanent health record.

I highly encourage consulting directly with your insurance to understand details on potential reimbursement and any requirements with diagnosis. If you are eligible to be reimbursed, I will provide you with a monthly superbill, which you would send to your insurance.
